Got a question? We have answers!

Many people have a few questions before they book their escape room experience. To help out, we’ve listed below answers to a few of the questions we’re asked most often. If you have any other queries, don’t hesitate to contact us.

General Questions

What Is An Escape Room?

Escape Rooms are games that offer a unique opportunity to escape your day to day life and live out exciting fantasy stories! Your team will enter a unique room and will have one hour to solve the puzzles, uncover hidden objects & crack codes to complete your adventure… and escape! Check out our handy guide on how to play here!

Will We Be Playing With Strangers?

No! All of our games are private. The team that you arrive with is the team that you will be playing with! So choose your team wisely!

Am I Really Going To Be Locked In?

Yes and no. You will be in a room with a closed exit door, but every door is equipped with an electromagnetic lock system and an emergency exit button. Should you feel the need to exit the room, you are free to do so at any time.

How Many People Can Play In 1 Team?

All 3 of our games have a MINIMUM of 2 players needed in order to play.
You’ll also notice that each of our games has a MAXIMUM number of players permitted too, between 4 – 6 players depending on the game.

These limits are decided by several player safety and enjoyment factors and UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MORE PLAYERS THAN THE MAXIMUM PLAYER LIMIT BE PERMITTED.

For larger groups we can accommodate up to 11 players across 2 games played simultaneously, please contact us directly to book simultaneous games.

How Long Does The Game Last?

Each group is allocated 1 hour to complete their adventure! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to your game preparing and being briefed for your adventure and 15 minutes after the game to debrief and take photos!

Children & Escape Rooms

Is There A Minimum Age Limit?

We recommend our games for players aged 10 and up. We do allow younger adventurers to participate, however some of the games’ content may be too difficult for them to fully enjoy.

Anyone aged 18 or under must be accompanied by an adult.

The participation of children under the age of 5 is prohibited for safety reasons unless contained in a stroller or carried in a sling. Please note that strollers are not permitted inside The Magic Market & Dino Heist due to space restrictions.

Which Game Would You Recommend For Families With Children?

We recommend teams with children or younger teens play The Magic Market or Tropical Treats as these games have more interactive elements and visual puzzles for younger players to get stuck into.

Project Atlantis is the most challenging of our games with more logic based puzzles that require a little more complex comprehension and is perhaps not as enjoyable for younger children.

Our games are priced based on the number of adventurers in your team. Please check our booking page for our prices.

Do You Offer Resident Discount?

Yes, we do! If you’re a resident of the Canary Islands you can claim 10% off your game when booking for off-peak times online (Off peak times: Mon – Friday, 10:00 to 17:00)!
