Choose to either pay in full online or pay a €50 non-refundable deposit when booking.

If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in cash on arrival.

We cannot accept card payments at the venue, so if you would like to pay by card, please pay in full when booking.

As our games are live events, all bookings are final and non-refundable if you cancel.

Changes to your reservation must be requested at least 48 hours before your booked session. Changes cannot be made with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Players under 18 must have an adult participating as part of their team.

Children aged 6+ may participate in our games. We recommend ages 10+ (12+ for Project Atlantis).

Children aged 5 and under cannot enter the games. Babies may accompany a team only if they remain in a pram or baby sling.

You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking. Please check that you have booked the correct game, date, time and venue.

Made a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to correct it, subject to availability.

Your confirmation also contains important information about your booking, payment and arrival, so please read it before your visit.

Want to book two or more games at the same time for a larger group?

Please contact us before making any bookings. Even if multiple games show as available at the same time online, we cannot guarantee they can run simultaneously.

Email, WhatsApp or call us and we’ll arrange your bookings based on availability.

Please arrive at your booked start time. You do not need to arrive 10–15 minutes early.

If you do arrive early, please come to the entrance no more than 5 minutes before your booking as we may still be preparing your game.

Late arrival may reduce your playing time, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
