The enchantments in the factory are unstable, and the only safe way to reverse the transformation is by activating the Emergency Override.

Hidden inside Mrs Claus’ cosy gingerbread cabin is the only machine powerful enough to undo the spell: Mrs. Claus’ Magic Cookie Machine, along with her Enchanted Mixing Spoon, the key to activating it.
