We want you to have the best experience possible at Island Quest, so here are a few things we need you to be aware of to make this possible.

Please be sure you understand and agree to all terms below:

– Please arrive at Island Quest HQ at your start chosen time for check-in (no more than 5 minutes before, at the earliest!). We cannot delay games following yours because of late starts. Please allow for time for taxi’s when making your plans! Arriving more than 15 minutes after your game time will result in the cancellation of your booking.

-You will receive a booking confirmation sent to your email. Please verify that you reserved the correct time, date and escape room venue (if you turn up at a different escape room, this will result in the cancellation of you game without refund).

– Understand that all bookings are final. Changes to reservations can only be made up to 48 hours before the event.

– As the primary booker, you will be responsible for any damaged or missing items/ props within the game.

– Verify that you are booking the correct day, time and escape room venue for this reservation. You accept full responsibility for any errors made and not rectified prior to your game time. No refunds or reschedules will be made for no shows or late arrivals.

When making your reservation you will be given the choice to pay either a €50 non-refundable deposit or full payment.
We advise to pay in full if you would like to pay by card as we DO NOT accept card payments on arrival (we don’t have a card reader). If you choose to pay a deposit, you will be required to pay your game’s balance in cash on arrival.

• Players under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult as part of their team.
• Players over 16 but under 18 may play with a supervising adult present in reception.
• We cannot admit children under the age of 5 for safety reasons unless they are in a pram or sling.
